Well some of you know me already but for those who dont my name is kenny and I work in the same gym as davie or big 'd' as I call him. I am a partial crossfitter as I used to do it all the time but now do it only now and then. Did a session at big 'd's new gym in motherwell on Saturday....... all i can say is Ouch!!!!!! meant to have couple of days off but think I will struggle cause my legs are so damn sore Anyway spk again soon
