New Recruit Posts: 4 Group: Members Member #36 Joined: July 16, 2006	Hi everyone, I'm Laura, and I just wanted to introduce myself as I'll be a new face at some of the classes at CrossFit CS soon. I recently discovered CrossFit by chance, and am still getting to grips with how this all works! After having a tiring but fun induction on Saturday, I'm looking forward to starting out properly very soon, and getting to meet some of you. Bye for now! xx
