Hi Max, welcome to the board! There are a few Edinburgh CrossFitters that I know of but on here the only one we have is Spider - who is also a climber. Unfortunately, we are only operating one group class a week as we are currently homeless, with the gym having no permanent home, I do however still train people either in the park with a group session on a Saturday morning and also private sessions at my home ( inteh garden) and at the park. However, you do have 2 other dedicated CrossFit gyms that you can travel to - CROSSFIT SCOTLAND @ BASIX GYM in Irvine and the newest affiliate iin Scotland - CROSSFIT FIFE in Dunfermline who are due to open on the 2nd of August If you click the above links there wil be contact details to get in touch with either Neil or Ron at CrossFit Scptland and also Simon at CrossFit Fife Why not set up a training log so you can keep a record of your training, and also check out some of our training logs welcome again! |
