I meant to add that i also did my extra work. 3 sets of 5 reps on front squats *** to grass. 1 set of 80 Kgs (176lbs) 1 set of 85Kg's (187lbs) 1 set of 90Kg's (198lbs) Could have done more i think, but a nice wee addition. Ricky |
