Back Squats ( messed up a little as it was only meant to be 3 x 3 or 3 x 5) 3 x 102.5kg 3 x 102.5kg 3 x 102.5kg 3 x 102.5kg 3 x 102.5kg then later - metcon 5 rounds for time 9 burpee 12 sit ups 15 lunge steps time 7mins 34secs also played around with my new fat bar handle and loading pin - one hand deadlifts with 60kg. Will try some heavy one tomorrow after my workout |
