Saturday 25th October 10 overhead squats } 15 sit ups } 5 sets 10 box jumps } 18Kg for the overheads 10:28 Also - practising gym today and managed 1 min37 on the handstand (PB) and now very happy to say I am 3 inches off the full kip!!!
