Offshore with limited access to a VERY slow internet connection. Also not too much gym time so decide to have a bit of an easier week if I can!!
11th June - Gymnastics - OAP training;Flevers;planches;HS

12th June rowing - 2k wup was to be 8x500m / 3.30 rest. but had a senior moment & forgot to do the 8th round!!!
anyway - Av split - 1.39.7/36spm ( last 1.40.7/37spm) so a good improvement.

13th - Presses - wup then stopped as was hitting the roof with the plates!!
Dlift - 60kx5;80kx5;100kx3;120kx2;130kx3;135kx3;3;110kx15
Wanted to do some metcon but felt too tired.
