I chose the push jerk. Which wasn't wise, as I have rockin' PMT and no co-ordination, so I did 25, 30, 35 and then dropped the bar and hit my shins.

Then I did 40, but it was a stonking push press (although a PB on that!!). that's when I gave up and did the met con.
