Back squats 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

40, 50, 60, 65, 70 (PB)

then metcon of;

5 dips
5 sumo deadlift high pulls
5 wall balls

10 rounds for time

9:54

did the dips with a blue band and concentrated on depth (improving), and 16Kg on the sumos.

Finished dripping with sweat. Classy. Also, Miles wouldn't let us play Michael Jackson songs as a tribute :$
