7 hps 20kg bar

7 rounds + 5 jumps

That was jump tastic…after the weekend of running my legs are wrecked now!!!

Oh and got locked in the gym by my dear husband and had to jump out a 13 ft window….who says crossfit does not get you fit for anything!!!!!
