Not posted in a while but since this was the first time I'd done this, thought I'd record it.

Friday 24th July

"Murph"

Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile

Split this into 20 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats.

Time - 47 mins

Unbelievably tough especially due to the heat. May try this again in a couple of months when its a bit cooler to see how much time I can take off this!
