Did Last night's workout because after all the whining, I told everyone it was a 15 minute workout.

Run 800 M
100 Push Presses (45#)
Run 800 M
100 Overhead Squats (45#)

I was about a minute off 15:50.

Rest 5 Minutes

5 Rounds
Row 500 M
30 Pull ups

Then tried did a workout I wanted Connor to do to make sure that it was okay.

3 Rounds
200 M Farmers walk (55# Kettlebells)
1 Rope climb (20 Feet)

Rather than do the workout, Connor went home sick. I may need a rest day soon.
