Started crossfitting back in April and blogging on the defunct and now revamped crossfit london, although I live in manchester. Got lucky when it turned out that a crossfit gym was opening near where I live, run by Mark and Karl. Train with them sporadically, train mma in central manchester which is a whole load of fun and train at home in my back yard or garage depending on the weather. Had the pleasure of meeting a couple of the scottish boys and girls at the manchester opening and getting whupped by Davie (and everyone else for that matter) at fight gone bad
