Hi Guys, I eventually motivated my ass after Davie constantly saying to me to register- so here I am. Having a great bank holiday monday after a weekend laying slabs and I'm still thinking of croosfit - am I an addict I think so. In the zone and loving it, just found out a way to incorporate beer into my diet without the guilt! U beauty!

The main reason I logged on is to show my support for Crossfit CS to anyone who wants to read this. The guys are friendly, I feel like part of a group and I'm getting to be in the best shape of my life while enjoying my training- it's all good baby!

If anyone reading is skeptical, here's my story.
Working out at the Quest Gym Airdrie where I met Davy and was recruited to the crossfit legion. At first I was skeptical, how can doing such a short workout be better for me and get me better results than 2 hours of weight training 3-4 days a week! It does, I have lost a total of 4 inches from my waist, being overweight to begin with (still working at it but gettin there), added inches to my chest, arms and legs. Also, even after not bench pressing for nearly six months I have increased my bench by nearly 40 kgs up to 105kgs! My cardiovascular fitness is through the roof, running is a piece of piss now!

Well, thats about the lot. Hope if anyone is reading this and wondering if crossfit works I've convinced you to try it at least once. J

That's very inspiring to someone new to CrossFit like myself - thanks for posting up your experiences. Well done on your progress too - sounds fantastic and no mean feat! I'm sure it will totally change my life too - at the moment I get puffed out after walking up a few stairs! ..I clearly have a lot to learn!
