What books or DVDs would be on your Christmas list?

My folks are coming to visit in November, but I doubt they will want to fly over with a full set of kettlebells, so only lightweight stuff will do.

I've got
Starting Strength
Zone
H2H Kbells V2 (only because you could download it off the net)

Any thoughts?

I've just got Rutmans Dumbbell DVD, that is really good.
Just bought the Tommy Kono Weightlifting book too. Very hard to get hold of over here. Seems to be readily available in the states.
There is always Lights Out: Sleep Sugar and Survival by T.S. Wiley too.

Broadening the horizons a little but still pretty light

An abmat
Elite rings
dynamax ball

esp the ball, much to be saved on shipping. Having seen Coach Rut in action, would def go with his dumbbell moves DVD. Maybe consider Dan Johns DVD's (Carried Away and something else - linked off CrossFit Norcal)

Cheers, kempie
