Hi Just a quicky, was wondering since Crossfit seems to cover so many of the fitness bases how would you measure their fitness, what tests what you make them take??? I personally would like to see some of the guys and gals lung capacity , i bet its huge!! Aaron :ph43r: |

Just off the top of my head - defo lung capacity Grip strength - lots of lull ups, deadlifts etc will have a massive effect on that Recovery ie time it takes heart rate to come down after a workout. Is it the Cooper test that does this?? Flexibility - OHS requires A LOT!! 1 rep max - maybe?? Vertical Jump - box jumps will improve this? If you want to try some fitness test out next week mate, bring stuff with you that you want to use and you can use me as a guinnea pig |

Ill see what they can let me borrow from college, the only thing i have in the house is electrical body fat scales but they arent as accurate as calipers. |
