Is it always fair to go by % of body weight? What if a large proportion of that body weight resides in the arse and belly area and consists mainly of fat? Also, what if you are a girlie? I've done well with deadlifting in the past and if I lose weight, I'm sure I'll keep my strong so that % wise it will look better but still am chuffed with my PB back in mid-April of 2 reps at 100kg at approx 1.18% bw. |

I think the extra weight forced me to get deeper, i wasted energy by trying to sort myself out to much with the 60, at least i can see that and change it next time. I would at leats like to be able to squat bodyweight (80-85kg), i would be quite chuffed at that Aaron |
