From what i can see looks not too bad, maybe arching your back a little on the descent, but its hard to see. if youcan get someone to video you so we can see you from head to toe. |

Ill try and get someone to do it, most people dont want to to train with em when i do crossfit, i might just bribe them with some beer! Aaron

I agree with Davie, your back is rounded on the descent, try to keep your shoulders back and your chest high all the time, my coach used to say emphasise sticking your bum out, that really helped me.
