Digital Coach Davie-

It's quite humbling to do this but, ...

here's where I'm starting at on my OHS.

Have a look and let me know what you think.

I'll work on the dowel for a few more.

And will post another video.

-Better go stretch

The OHS should start with your shoulders as high up into your ears as you can get. Think really big shrug with your hands up.

Work on sending your bum back and away as you descend and try to press your feet outwards as it looks like your knees are rolling in a little.

And as you know mate, work on the flexibility. Your need mobility, stability and flexibility

The best thing to start with would be the Burgenger warm up , which is written about here

Davie-

I see the knee line slightly inside of the foot line.

Do I take a slightly more narrow stance, or do I push the knees out?

The stance felt sorta natural, so I'm gonna try to focus on the knees out.

Will keep an I on it.

Thanks,

-K

The tip Davie gave me of really pushing hard with the bar and also trying to pull it apart really helped me with OHS, still cant do it with weight but im getting there!!
