I might be wrong and im sure Davie will give better pointers than me, but it seems your pulling more with your back and not driving enough with your legs, i may be completley wrong!!

Thanks, ... its my garage. I should have built a pullup bar on my squat rack, but that was before CF. Now, I'd like to build a lifting platform.

I often think the same thing [ya know, about using more legs and less back] but find it very hard to change. Its a very simple lift and as long as I don't go completely straight-legged then I feel like it was okay. Also, ... I've never seen myself do DLs till now, ... so this "technique" thing is all new to me. I'm a completely self-coached lifter and it may show.

Thanks again for looking in and offering a new coaching tip.
