Hello All,

Thought I would say "Hi" over here before starting my training log on this forum :)

A little background:

M/27/64kg.

I have had a keen interest in functional fitness/training for a long time. I have been messing about with CrossFit for a wee while, but for various reasons have only in the past couple of weeks been able start devoting my full time, efforts and energies to CrossFit. Now that I am "full-time", I have no plans (training-wise) to do anything else but CrossFit, and related activities. Ever ;)

Oh...and randomly, as this is the Central Scotland site...

I am living near London now, moved back down last year. Prior to that, I was in Scotland for the best part of a decade (uni, then working), part of which was a wee stint working in Motherwell B) So hello Motherwell :D

Look forward to chatting to you all.

No chet, I have my own gym though, just finished actually. My job pays me too well to give it all up and I really enjoy it as well. There is something to be said for guaranteed money with no stress!

I pretty much run the programme of activities, so I can put as many crossfit classes as I can in.

What about yourself? What do you do?

Ahh cool.

So do you mean that is pretty much your gym in that fact that you run stuff there? Is it in Inverness?

I work in software ATM. As you cay, guaranteed money with little stress. But that's about it ;)

However :P .. have almost done my Level 2, and then its straight onto Level 3...and this is (hopefully) just the beginning, a base B)

My interests...no, passions...are this (well functional fitness in general, but particularly CrossFit of course), and sports nutrition.

I am very keen on a career in fitness. Just not quite sure 'when', to some extent 'what' and 'where'.

I'm sorted on the 'who' and 'why' though, lol!

My gym is in Marybank about 15 miles North of Inverness and yes just for me.

Where in scotland did you live?

computers eh??? completely alien to me, still learning :P

I take it when you refer to levels, you mean crossfit standards. :)

Worked in Motherwell too.

Oh...no, sorry...by Levels, I meant Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications :)

But yes, am working on the Athletic Standards ATM too ;)
