I know what you mean about back extensions Neil. I feel the same,seem to get to about 15-20 and I cant do no more without a good rest. I dont understand this because I have a fairly strong back, although I suppose its more muscular endurance than strength. I guess we just have to do it more, yet another one for the warm up!! :P

All done in the correct racked position. This a first. Still not absolutely comfortable, but finally getting better.
