Neil(50) Subbed Knee lift/kipping pull ups thingies. 2:1 single unders (not very pretty) GHD situps GHD back extensions 50/40/30/20/10 58.59 Hands are totally :::::: "My mammy says I've not to play with the Crossfit gang anymore." Ellie(52) Pull ups (Done 5 kneelift style/5 box kipped) 16" box jumps Bench home made GHD situps Floor back extensions using abyat 50/40/30/20/10 48.37 " Her mammy says the same thing" But all's well because we're going to sneak out our bedroom windows on the next WOD day, and play with the Crossfit Gang. Neil "JT" 21:15:9 Subbed Shoulder press 45 kgs for HSPU's ( maybe next time) Ring dips Push ups 17.40 Followed immediately(2 mins later) by "Michael" Treadmill 800 mtrs GHD back extensions X 50 GHD sit ups X 50 34.00 ( really suffered when doing back extensions) I know, stop moaning and make yourself good at back extensions. I know what you mean about back extensions Neil. I feel the same,seem to get to about 15-20 and I cant do no more without a good rest. I dont understand this because I have a fairly strong back, although I suppose its more muscular endurance than strength. I guess we just have to do it more, yet another one for the warm up!!

Neil Front squats Warm up sets: 3 X 20 kgs; 3 X 40 kgs; 3 X 60 kgs; 3 X 70kgs. 3 X 80 kgs 2 X 3 X 85 kgs 2 X 3 X 90 kgs 2 X 3 X 80 kgs All done in the correct racked position. This a first. Still not absolutely comfortable, but finally getting better. Ellie Front squats Warm up sets: 3 X 3 x 15 kgs 3 X 20 kgs 3 x 25 kgs 3 X 30 kgs 3 X 35 kgs 3 X 40 kgs 2 X 3 X 45 kgs PR Power clean practice and PPJ practice. Good confidence building session.
