did box jumps-the tyre was too high!!!
so chuffed tho, managed to do each set of OH squats without stopping!!! heavier weight nxt time i think!!! :D

Ran today.
10k- 51 mins dead.
was a bit dissapointed cos i thought i could have done it a bit quicker! never ran than far before so guess it's a starting point!! the treadmill is sooooooooo boring!! :(

I need to find myself a route outside that is about 10km long. I NEVER plan on doing the treadmill again!!! :D

10 pull ups (assisted)
15 press ups
20 squats
As many rounds in 20 mins.

I managed 9 full rounds plus 10 pull ups and 1 press up.

There are certain workouts from CrossFit that are named after girls the same way hurricanes are like "Angie", "Barbara" etc and are named in alphabetical order up to "Nicole" I think.

. There are also some workouts named after guys that have died in service either in the army, SWAT, police etc such as "J.T", "Josh" etc.

my whole upper body is sore after yesteday!!

upper body still sore from saturday!!

5X5 back squats- 60kg
5X5 shoulder press- 25kg
5X5 deadlift 70kg

Was meant to do 80kg deadlift but haven't done it properly in nearly 2 years!!!
Can only get better!!
