Had a rest day yesterday-needed it!! Today- 5 burpees, 10X40kg deadlifts and 15 sit-ups. Managed to do it exactly 11 times in 20 mins. I definitely don't like deadlifts!!!

Had a weekend off training, felt guilty!! 5X3 back squats- 67.5kg 5X5 shoulder press- 25kg 5X3 deadlifts- 80 kg. my grip kept slipping on the deads, didn't have any chalk,grrr. have also hurt my back, hurts when i put weight on my left leg. ouch.

Ran for about 30 mins today, prob about 3.5 miles. legs r sore after yesterday's work, wasn't expecting them to be so bad!!! oh, what do the blue blocks and "initiate" mean under my name????

Shoulder press 5X5- 25kg Front squats 5X5- 40kg. I love front squats now, they are defo getting easier!!!
