Have been off the gym for a couple of weeks. Back to it now tho.
Felt weak today tho!!! My BW is down to 52kg so this could be part of the reason!!!
Anyway....i'll get back in to the swing again!!
Back squats 5X5 -55kg
Shoulder press 5X5-25kg

Then did some abs.

7 jumping pull ups
800m

5 thrusters
5 jumping pull ups

3 thrusters
3 pull ups-think i managed proper ones this times. did one at a time

Over head squats 5X5- 25kg
Front squats 5X5- 40kg

Legs felt sore tonight!!

Then some abs and some pull ups-managed to do 4 proper ones tonight!! Delighted!! Then I did a couple of sets of 2.

50 squats
25 box jumps
X3 8 mins 29 secs.
Then some pull up practice, managed 1 set of 4 then three sets of 3.
I am improving!!! :D

Forgot to log Monday's workout.
Did....
5X3 squats 57.5kg
5X3 shoulder press 25kg

Tonight I did

10 pull ups
15 press ups
20 squats

AMRAP in 20 mins. Managed 10 rounds plus 10 pull ups and 6 press ups-that's one round and 6 press ups more than last time so happy. :D

Last night's workout...
wasn't in the mood at all so just faffed about really!!!

Overhead squats-5X5 25kg

Then made something up
20 single unders
20 box jumps
20 sit ups

X5
Didin't time it but was tired by the end!!

30 minute road run, not sure how far it was-maybe about 3.5-4 miles.
