Wednesday 15th August 21 D/bell clean and jerk - weight 10kilo d/bell 400m run Do as many rounds in 25 mins Managed to do a grand total of of 5 rounds. Then Davie caught us out by doing a tag workout 250m row x1 Slamballs - 5kilo ball 250m row x1 Burpees Magic................. |

Wednesday 30th August Jumping pull ups x7 Press ups x 10 Squats x 15 Do as many sets as possible in 20 mins. Managed to get in 19 sets and a few jumping pull ups. Small Abs circuit afterwards Joe. |

Monday 4th September 200m run with 10Kg D/bell Overhead lunge x 15 with 10Kg d/bell Burpee x 15 SDHP x 15 5 rounds for time Hard but good going!!!!! time was 30 odd minutes. |

Friday 8th September First workout after doing the painstorm.........OUCH!!!!! 5.45pm Deadlift 40kg Box Jump 17in Press ups SDHP 16kg KB For time..... think the time was about 27/28 mins. |

Monday 18th september FGB NIGHT Push press Rower Wall Ball SDHP Box Jump Do each for 1 minute.......then rest for 1 minute......5 ROUNDS Just a bit fekked after this one but was well pleased, got in 376 compared to 355 last month. Think i will aim for the BIG 400 next time. Joe. |

04/10/06 Done NANCY last nite!!!!! Jumping pull ups x7 Press ups x 10 Squats x 15 Do as many sets as possible in 20 mins. Completed 17 sets last nite, pretty please with my performance as i was doing full press ups compared to last time. |
