1-1-1-1-1 shoulder press maxed out at 60kg
3-3-3-3-3 push press maxed out at 80kg
5-5-5-5-5 push jerk kept weight at 80kg still weak with antibiotics, well thats my excuse B)

raining this morning, no out door training today

into the garage for the grappling circuit..

bent over row
upright row
shoulder press
good mornings
left split squat
right split squat
squat press
stiff legged dead lift
burpees

8 repetitions of each exercise before moving to next exercise, perform all exercises before putting bar, ovioulsy no bar for burpees, that would be silly

1st set with olypmic bar, 2nd set 5kg on each side, 3rd set 6 1/4kg, 4th set 7.5 kg, 5th set 6 1/4 , 6th set 5kg

rest then tgu and windmill practice

deadlift a plate x 10 (60K)

then right in to

Deadlifts a doddle @ 100k

spent the time on broken sets of full hand stand pressups with out getting held against a wall

getting better at HSPU, manage about 10 b4 pushing myself away from the wall causing me to rehandstand any tips? strength ok its the balance aspect, nose to the floor by the way

got a pull in hamstring glute from Diane, cheers doll

so no weighted run on thursday, but rings arrived on wed so we warmed up then had a play on them, ring press ups 21-15-9, and 50 ring dips, how much harder are ring dip by the way! then we decided to swing up side down on them as we havent got the height in the garage to attemp a MU

forgot about today

Warmup X 3

then FRAN as rxd , 5,26 - 4 secs of previous, got the first set of thruster and pullup in 1 min dead, then it kicked in had to regrip during thrusters on 15 and 9, which lost me vital time reckon 1 min all in

question - when you do fran do you use exactly 95 pound or use a half plate?

saturday was glen training, with fireman and zeltcher carriers, a beer keg filled with water, kettlebells, pressups, a 100k sand bag and wheelbarrows, hard but good

i meant 100 pound sand bag...

Tuesday was 30 MU

so subbed them for 4 pull ups 1 ring dip 30 rounds as we dont have height clearence, i have started a blog aswell Davie and was wandering if i could add crossfit cs as my first friend lol im going to affiliate next month too
