I have decided after being at crossfit for a while I will start logging my workouts.

Thursday 24 April

100 Kettlebell swings 16kg
100 Press ups
100 Sit ups
100 Squats

Time: 14mins 27sec

then.... cause I hadn't been all week decided to do

1000m row
21 box jumps
21 burpees
500m row
15 box jumps
15 burpees
250m row
9 box jumps
9 burpes

Time: 17:17

5 mins to complete each separate workout

Workout 1 - 30 burpee (1min approx)
Workout 2 - 21-15-9 reps of thruster 8kg db + KB Swing 16kg
Workout 3 - 30 burpee (1.20 approx)
Workout 4 - 21-15-9 reps of Push press 8kg db + SDHP 16kg
Workout 5 - 30 burpee(1.20 approx)

Big D and me estimate workout total time of about 12 mins so had good rest in sets 1,3 and 5.

Might go back for more the mora.... we will see....I am lovin it woo hoo
