Am 45min run

Pm "cindy"


1.5mile run w/up
5 pull-ups
10 push ups
15 squats

All done as asked

14 rounds plus 4 pull-ups in 20 mins


Just like to introduce "toots" my 8yr old daughter

1.5 mile jog w/up

5 assisted pull-ups
5 assisted press ups
5 bum to grass squats

9 rounds in 5 mins

A wee crossfitter in the making ;)

Decided to do wee kettlebell workout this am

Thanks for book Davie, took the ex out of there.

waiter press r/l x12 8kg
single arm swing r/l x12 8kg
finger and press thumb pressing a bottom up k/bell x12 12kg
sdhp x12 20kg (malkys)

fair enjoyed it. :P

Well two workouts today;

Snatch with oly bar 30 reps 2.04

Back squats

5 reps @70kg
3 reps @75kg
3 reps @77.5kg
3 reps @ 77.5kg
1 rep @80kg
1 rep @82.5kg
1 rep@ 82.5kg
1 rep@85kg F
1 rep @ 85kg F

Bit dissapointed with squats today, last week did 3 reps at 80 thought I was on for a single of 90 today, but you know what thought did eh :(

Side lifts on hyperextension x12

After my race yesterday didnt feel that strong, but managed a decent time for this one. Was going to leave it till tommorow but Davie motivated me to do it today, after he text me his time. Thanks Davie ;)

Back to it today after a weeks recuperation. My friend Lorraine joined me today in the gym, it is great to have company so much more motivation.

Core work 15 mins

5x5
deadlifts
hang clean
push press
squat

Really enjoyed this one :)

Started with 14kg,16kg,18kg,20kg,20kg

Overhead Squat with bar only 5x5

Start Karls workout on Mon.

Trust me to do 4x10 pull ups last night :huh:

1-bench press 40kg 10reps
10 pull-ups full hang no kipping (just cos i dont know how to!!)

2-bench press 42.5kg 8 reps
8 pull ups

3-bench press 45kg 5 reps
7 pull-ups

4-bench press 47.5kg 2reps
4 pull-ups

5-bench press 50kg 1 rep
5 pull-ups

Did Fri wod.

400m run
50 squats x4

oops forgot to switch of my stopwatch. My friend Lor decided she would join me, but after 1st round she was going to be sick, hangover!!! Just cant get the training partners. :lol:

Played with my kettlebells for a wee while as well;

3 rounds of.
one arm d/bell snatch x 10/ then other
20 swings

Also did windmills and burpees to pull-ups that was fun. Then I practised my hspu managed to get three, but only went down about an inch :unsure:

terrible workout today, no energy everything major effort

Time 19.57 bw 55kg

Did push press as well 10x1max 40kg,40kg,42.5kg,45kg,47.5kgF,45kg,40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg
Never done this exercise before, normally it is press behind the neck for me.
