thought I would try the metcon on cathletics site.

200m row
5 muscle ups
5 clean and push jerk
x3

must be tired as I had no snap at all!! The m/ups were a real struggle!

Ran for my club today in the 1500......came third out of 8 senior women, was quite happy with that as I have never ran track in 10 years!!

Also 4x100m relay...great fun.

felt really strong in both events.

im heading out tomorrow to do the CF Endurance workout as well as the main site wod, got the glasgow half marathon on September and want to try and get as much of it done using pose as possible

Sun Mountain bike 8 miles

Mon 5x2 hill reps
5 miles road


Wednesday 50 double unders
10 clean & jerk
7 ctb pull ups

50 double unders



First Highland games hill race on sat, new inov8 so should be flying!!!

Various warm up stuff.

AMRAP in 12 minutes

3 jumping muscle ups
5 box jumps (25 inch)
7 hang power snatch (20kg bar)

7 rounds+3 j muscle ups+5 box jumps+3 hps

That was fun!

Glengarry Highland Games hill race.

They changed the route from last year, making it much shorter!

2 miles-3rd place (international hill runner had to turn up) :huh:


10 mins rest!

100m flat grass race-1st place
5 mins
200m " " " -2nd place
5 mins
400m" " " -1st place



All done in bare feet....

The races were very close together, therefore the rest periods very short. They ran the males and females together.

Great fun!! I looove the Games season.

Front squat

AMRAP in 12 mins

7 jumps for height 8 foot target
7 burpees
7 hps 20kg bar

7 rounds + 5 jumps

That was jump tastic…after the weekend of running my legs are wrecked now!!!

Oh and got locked in the gym by my dear husband and had to jump out a 13 ft window….who says crossfit does not get you fit for anything!!!!!
