WOD from main site. still cant do Muscle ups so

120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

29:15 nasty, though after four hours sleep and three night not bad.

100,110,120,130,135,140(last (pr) with strength bias) 142.5 New PR

in between lifts 2 self assisted muscle ups. after wards 3 sets of 5. going to train these as much as i can before i go for one on my own.

95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Subbed 6 ring pull ups and ring dips for muscle ups.
