For time: Row 1000 meters 95 pound barbell Thruster, 21 reps 21 Pull-ups Row 750 meters 95 pound barbell Thruster, 15 reps 15 Pull-ups Row 500 meters 95 pound barbell Thruster, 9 reps 9 Pull-ups 19:35 Thrusters Killed me. Started working on these with rxd weight.... |

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps SP: 50-55-fail at 57.5-fail at 55-50 PP: 50-60-65-60-60 PJ: 50-52.5-55-55-57.7 this was a bad dad. Felt weak throughout the entire session. SP has been better pressed 60 last time, for some reason i just didn't have anything left in me. Aw well another day. |
