Highlights...

Mon 9th Feb

PBs:
Clean - 60kg
Jerk - 47.5kg double
Front Squat - 57.5kg x 8


Finally hit 60kg on the clean :)
Working the jerks up gradually, solid double



Wednesday 11th Feb

PB:
Snatch balance (no heave) - 32kg triple


Mainly did snatch work with 30kg, dropping faster on these now.



Friday 13th Feb

PB:
Snatch - 41kg


Did heavy OHS singles too - went for PB but ended up with a couple of comedy fails instead.



Monday 16th Feb

PBs:
Jerk - 48kg double
Front squat - 60kg x 8


Jerk was hardly a PB, 0.5kg, lol. Mainly working tech around 45kg, felt a lot better today, working on some decent drive off the chest.

Alright there mate! :D

Some v cool work being done there, making me feel most inadequate ;) However, have given up smoking, which was my number 1 priority and my god, it's made a massive impact on my training, so am getting ther.

Been working hard. Was hoping to catch up at i course last month, but sadly not.

Miles suggested you'd have some advice for me on zoning with no time. As I've two jobs and training and dogs etc. things are a little tricky, especially when I am travelling for work on top, so any tips would be much appreciated.
