28th Sept - Climbing at Ratho
29th Sept - back at it.
Ppulls - +10kx5;+25kx3;+35kx1;+45kx1;+53kx1; +25kx12 ( PB)
HSPU practice
GHR 1. Negs -5;2. 1/2 reps - 5;5
Pistols 3sets 3consecutive each leg ( Bfeet)
Standing Ab wheel rollouts - 3x3 ( to about 3" from full extension)
Later- Rowing - 2k wup
Pyramid - 250/500/750/1k/750/500/250 - with 1.30min rest per 250m a rep. AV - 1.41sec/38spm ( last was 1.41.4)
So surprisingly good after a weekend of debauchery, cakes whisky & dancing in Germany!! - more of the same next weekend at the old mans 75th bday do!!

Cleans - 20kxdrills. Complex - (1 hi pull-1Hsquat clean-1 clean) - 40kx2 reps;50kx1 rep;60kx1 rep
65k Hsquat cleans 3x3
Ohd squats - 20k x10;30kx5;40kx5;45kx2 ( will go back to 40k tilll get 3x5 reps then up wt)
Dlifts - 80kx5;100kx3;120kx2;140kx1;155kx5 ( PB; prev best last yeas at this weight was 2 reps)
Comments - so a pretty good session as didn`t feel that energetic - dlifts rocketing up at the moment - must be doin something right!!
Crossfit fife tonite -
Wout 1 - 4R run 200m + 30 box step ups - 6.30sec
Wout 2 - 25-20-15-10-5 of
Burpees
KB swing 24kg x2reps
Wtd 5k abmat situps - 16.00sec good wout no breaks

1st Oct - skiing 2hrs at xscape
Ratho - climbing - getting back into it.
2nd Oct - Planche & Front lever training.
3rd Oct - Now 52 years young gulp!!

HS wall press. Wtd Hest press +5k - 3 reps
GHR - 5negs;1/2 - 8;8
ST abwheel rool outs ( few " short of full roll out) 3x3
Rowing 2k wup. 8x500/3.30 rest - Handled down on R6 its been a hard week for an old man - getting a bit frustrated with the rowing still not matching my PR`s from last year & too many hdowns. Need to forget last years numbers & stop being too ambitious on first few reps. will reset targets from now on especially on long ivals,
Off up North with the brothers to celebrate old mans 75th then a walk tomm in the hills to burn off the drink!! Offshore on Monday - so will get stuck in next week.
