20 minutes of:
100 M run
10 Kettlebell swings
12 Pull ups

14 rounds according to my workout partner. I became delirious at 7.

rested 10 minutes and did

Partner 5000 Row

Partner A rows 250 M then rests while Partner B rows 250 M. Back and forth until both have completed 2500 M.

Did Last night's workout because after all the whining, I told everyone it was a 15 minute workout.

Run 800 M
100 Push Presses (45#)
Run 800 M
100 Overhead Squats (45#)

I was about a minute off 15:50.

Rest 5 Minutes

5 Rounds
Row 500 M
30 Pull ups

Then tried did a workout I wanted Connor to do to make sure that it was okay.

3 Rounds
200 M Farmers walk (55# Kettlebells)
1 Rope climb (20 Feet)

Rather than do the workout, Connor went home sick. I may need a rest day soon.

Three WOD for you and people are whining about a measly 200 reps....LOL. ;) Nice work.

2 x 5.5 = 11 minutes of running for me. How did you scale for women on the weight? 35#?

hmmm I wonder if I could pull that off. 200 reps in under 5 minutes?

Partner workout - Each team complete the total number of reps required of each group of exercises in any combination before moving to the next section.


Big Dawg
Squats (100)
Box Jumps (100)
Push Press (100)

Partner Carry -Any type of carry you want- approx 50M

One arm KB Snatch (50)
HSPU (50)

Wheelbarrow Walk - approx 50 M

Rope Climb 10)
Knees to Elbows (50)

Becks Burpees - approx 50M

Potato Sack (or body Bag ) KB style swings (100) .

Partner Carry - approx 50M

That looks great fun GD :lol: trouble is I dont think I could carry any one at my gym, they are all massive. :lol:

tried this one for size

its a great wo, but i stopped at 50 ohs as my form was all over the place

I needed an extra rest day so I did this:

run 1 mile - 6:30
row 1500 - 6:20
run 1 mile - 6:40
row 1500 - 5:58

200m run
5 snatch grip deadlifts
5 hang power snatch
5 overhead squats

(load of 95#)

9 rounds

rest then


3 rounds:

10 tire flips
15 sledge hammer (each hand)
farmers walk (1.5 pood)
1 rope climb (no feet)

Not exactly as Rx'd w/ 25# Vest. (Had to run the last mile after working with a client)
About 50 Minutes? Ran the first mile in 9:00. Pull ups and Push ups completed at as the clock ticked past 28:00. Then came to a complete stop on squats. Down to sets of 10. Ugly.
