I broke the deadlifts (30,20), Push ups (30,10,10). Kettlebell clean and press changed arms every 10 reps. No other breaks just a nice steady pace. Anyone can do it. ;)

lie on the floor with 135lb pressed out

keep your feet together and move both feet with straight legs and touch one of the weights

thats 1 rep

go back to the centre with your feet outstreched

then touch the other weight

i think i'll stick to knees to elbows!

Well according to Jerry I did the floor wipers incorrectly. I sent my legs to the floor not the weights.

Do I get extra credit for increasing the range of motion by 150%. :lol:

Good move instituting the Brand X standards, Jeff. I like it. It will become a hallmark just like "as RX'd". It means something when you get a compliment on your form at Brand X.
