For time: 155 pound Power clean 15 reps 30 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 12 reps 24 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 9 reps 18 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 6 reps 12 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 3 reps 6 Ring dips 14:45 |

Buy in 3 rounds 10 Turkish get ups 5 Sotts Press Then: One arm barbell press, 15 reps (each arm) Chest to bar pull ups Repeat at 12-9-6-3 reps adding weight each round Someone took the girly weights so I had to jump up 10 pounds each 15 @ 45# 12 @ 65# 9 @ 75# 6 @ 85# 3 @ 90# (Left arm) 95# (Right arm) Cash out More HSPU |
