Ok guys here it is. Lets keep the slating to a minimum, im very sensitive lol.

Right now i am only Cfitting about 3-4 times a week due to rugby, and giving myself sundays off (though i might do light sclaed workouts then, use it as active recovery after saturdays rugby games).

Background:I am currently training/studying to be a personal trainer. I have weight lifting cert from scottish rugby union (pretty much like the CF barbell cert, except with sprint training aswell), i am a qualified gym instructor, and soon to be full personal trainer. I am also booking myself on the next available Cf level 1 cert, as that is the area i want to specialise in.

Some of my numbers will suck....but not for long lol.

Will open my logg tommorow, and post the same stuff iv posted on the main CF page.
