5 rounds of:

5 deadlift
5 hang squat clean
5 push press
5 front squat
Run 400m

-Followed by-

5 rounds of:
5 Pull ups
10 press-ups
15 squats
Run 400m

(Lifts are at 3/4 bodyweight.)

ahh painstorm

I copied Reds description of painstorm last Saturday, but read it as 10 x 400m runs, and as we had rain we subbed for 400m rows, so on top of the pain storm we rowed 4k cheers Red...

Using a bar equal to your bodyweight, with a continuously running clock do one front squat the first minute, two front squats the second minute, three front squats the third minute . . . continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
