tried the front squats and sit up wpd last week and got shooting pan in my knee so stopped. That plus jury duty, work and travelling to Brighton led to about 3 days off

Trained on Friday with the morning class at CF Hove - death by pull ups, then with the evening class - 5 rounds of power cleans and box jumps. Being awake for 40+ hours with very little food meant that I sucked

Saturday was a mix of BBQ, Captain Morgans Rum, beer, Indo board, juggling, motorised skateboard, more drinking, even more drinking then bed

Sunday was hangover followed by more BBQ and a long drive home

Met some old friends and made a whole heap of new ones and also met some Facebook friends for the first time.

Got lots and lots of photos, plus some video too so will post them up when I get them sorted

Going to train later today, and also started on a plaeo eating challenge today so will see ow that goes

then

CFE wod - 10mins on / 2 mins rest / 10mins on - need to use google earth to work out how far i got

Tuesday rest day

Wednesday - Nancy scaled to 30kg - 18mins 15secs all OHS unbroken. Back was as tight as feck before this and didnt think I could do it at full weight, so happy with getting it done with 30

Hang power clean singles

60kg, 70kg, 80kg ( bit shaky) 80kg, 85kg ( bit shaky again ) 85kg, 87.5kg fail

Death by thruster

42.5kg thruster - 1 inthe first min, 2 in the 2nd mine etc until you cant complete the acquired amount in that min. THEN drop back to 1 rep and keep going for 20mins max

I managed to get to the 12th min but only got 8 reps, so dropped back to 1 reps then kept going to the 20in mark

Got a total of 110 reps

Forgot I did a workout on Saturday at the cert in the company of Sage and Casey Burgener, Natalie Woolfolk and a couple of the Irish guys

10 rounds of Cindy

11mins ??secs - press ups killed me as usual but having Sage and Casey yell encouragement is one way to get my ass moving
