For 500xp each time, just state an element, and you gain a cumulative 5% increase or decrease of that element where applicable.

EX: Say you gained a 300% resistance to fire, 100% of that will be spent on becoming immune, then every 100% heals you for the value inflicted as well. So, in this case, you would heal for double the damage, not including any attack increases which reduces that. For example, if someone would have a 500% fire attack boost, then it would only do +200% more damage against this person based on the norm for the pertaining elemental attack.

Spending 15K leadership, the % value grows by 5 each time.
