    ii. disposition]
  • Julian has often been mentioned as a calm, reasonable man. This is not the case, at all. Using his power as the son of the Duchess, he devastated the city of Badajoz, even going so far as to fill his 1980 Camaro with mining explosives, and then drive said car into a bank, just for kicks. His sidekick through most of this was his cousin, Lani. They often made trouble in the city, causing mass havoc. He is a very, very good negotiator, one time convincing a squad of armed Policemen to look the other way for a mere 800 euros.
iii. appearance]
  • Julian is a tall, lean-built man who stands at 6'4 and weighs 140 pounds. He is usually seen wearing casual attire, and is almost never seen without his black suit jacket, as well as a wooden cane with a Golden Crow as the head. His skin is pale white, and his hair is ashen blonde. His fangs are never seen, unless he activates his blood magic to an extreme. He keeps an upgraded Uzi Submachinegun in his trousers, along with a little box of hollow point ammo in his suit jacket.
iv. abilities]
  • Blood Magic          Tutored by Count Verosti of Barcelona
He learned this ability during a short visit to Barcelona, in the same week as he was turned into a vampire. Count Verosti taught him over the course of a couple days, practicing on a few unaware beggars from the streets. After sad few days, he had become a Master Blood mage. This mastery allows him to lift people's blood from inside them, sense where a creature is by sensing their blood's energy, and form weapons out of blood. He was also taught the ability of making life rot away, by killing the blood in a certain region. As such, he is also able to kill people by causing cell death, and letting them rot.
