Strengths - Loyal to his race: This Saiyan would go out of his way to help other true Saiyans if he has the ability. - Cares for close family and friends: Romanus is loyal to those he cares about. - Calm and collected, he uses strategy instead of brute force to against his enemies. - Has some chivalrous qualities and Saiyan Warrior bands of honor. - Is a married man, and has the support of his wife. - Wifes influence, Azella gives her husband a different perspective being a Azealia Saiyan born on another world before the Axis recruited her and then joined the SSE after the Axis was dissloved( Except for the Axis Remnants of course)
Weaknesses - Sometimes under estimates opponents: Has a tendency to underestimate his opponents - This Saiyan is power hungry which is only enchanced by his natural Saiyan competitive nature and the cut throat politics of the Saiyan Solar Empire. He may advance himself at the harm of others. - Is ruthless to his enemes, he won't hold back against those who oppose his goals or missions. A true Saiyan Warrior in that respect. - Has the Saiyan Pride, which can sometimes be a weakness. - Can look down on other races.
Important Character in Ninjin's Plots
Spoiler: click to toggle Zara The Azellian Saiyan His wife Azella is his companion and the love of his life, he meet her while serving under Strategus Raditz during the Great Interstellar War on Kanassa and married eventually when Ninjin sought her out after she had returned to her home world of Azella for which her immigrant Saiyan parents named her after. Being a Azellian Saiyan and a broader more gentle personality than most Saiyan women who grew up on the home world she is often his escape from his demanding life as a general and often gives him a fresh insight on her own views. Like most Azellians she grew up with she has unique physic powers and the ability to manipulate ki with her mind. She is most notable for serving in Raditz's 276th Crossbones Squadron under the Ghost of Axis Corps, and then under Raditz's on many units as he became a Stategus. She escaped the fate of death by going home once the Great Interstellar War was over like Raditz death, Meiko's capture and Tarsus M.I.A. at the final battle of Planet Vegeta in the Saiyan Civil War. Raditz had promised to allow her to leave the Saiyan military and keep his world. She still grieves and is horrified by the violence she saw. Azella trains and fights for fun, but has given up the warrior way with many of her friends deaths during the wars, and has opened up her own successful business in agriculture on Planet Vegeta the two living on a large plot of farmland in the far south of Vegeta were underground water, small lakes and rainfall make this easier. Azella and Ninjin find their farm life on the Caralis plains a nice escape from the realities of the Saiyan Warrior life and General Ninjin duties. Master Zorn Having trained under Master Zorn when he was younger much the same time that Romanus did being the same a little older, he often seeks out his master trainer for advice, guidance and sometimes just somebody worthy of conversation that he can trust on personal matters. Ninjin of course always likes a good spar with the old Saiyan Warrior that made him a Saiyan Elite giving him much honor and glory to the Saiyan Warrior Revil Guizcard  Of course, being the general of the Elite Imperial Guard Ninjin was hand picked by Revil Guizcard to replace his dead former leader of the E.I.G. that guards Imperius Revil, The Imperial Citadel and Vegeta City when he was in charge of the Saiyan Solar Empire. The Imperius often is very close to the general who is in charge of his personal elite units making Revil and Ninjin trusting as Saiyan Warriors to each other. Ninjin one day hopes to train with his leader (Or former leader)

Oozaru/Great Ape - Transformation done by tailed Saiyans when looking upon a full moon or the artificial moon technique. 10x increase. Used by Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta in the canon. Given to Nappa, Radditz, King Vegeta, Bardock, and Selipa/Fasha in secondary sources.
Super Saiyan - The iconic original form first obtained by Goku in his fight with Freeza. Spiky gold hair, Green eyes, massive power boost. Stated in secondary sources as a 50x increase over base. Used by Goku, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta, Both Trunks, Gotenks, and Vegetto in the canon. Bardock, Brolly, Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. obtained it in secondary sources. Has 3 sub-forms that are basically, reallocation of the SSJ power and not new forms.
-Ultra Super Saiyan/Ascended Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan Grade 2 - First used by Vegeta to fight Semi-Perfect Cell. Increases the muscles size and makes the hair spikier. No speed loss was ever attributed to this form which is a common misconception. Used by Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks in the canon.
-Ultra Super Saiyan 2/Super Saiyan Grade 3 - First used by Future Trunks to fight Perfect Cell. Super Spiky hair and a massive muscle increase to the point of slowing down the users movements. Similar to the technique used by Master Roshi and Perfect Cell. Used by Goku and Trunks in the canon.
-Full Power Super Saiyan - First used by Goku to fight Perfect Cell at the Cell Games. The form is about removing the strain from maintaining the base SSJ form making it the users base so they don't have to waste energy transforming, powering up, or maintaining the form allowing more energy to be used for fighting. When in a relaxed state the users have light gold, almost blond hair. Used by Goku and Gohan in the canon

Super Saiyan 3 - First used by Goku to fight Fat Buu. Described by Goku as a Super Saiyan that's gone beyond a Super Saiyan that's gone beyond a Super Saiyan. Hair grows down to ass level, eyebrows go away, and lightning surrounds the user. The greatest power increase among the canon Super Saiyan forms but excessively drains energy. Secondary sources list it as a 4x increase from SSJ2. Used by Goku and Gotenks in the canon. Vegeta, Brolly, Trunks, Future Gohan, and Gogeta obtain it in secondary sources.

Sacrifice- 1 (Free Tyrant Move): ( -10% HP, + 15 Damage, Lasts entire battle) Description: The user sacrifices 10% of their maximum health for an extra 15% to their overall damage. May be used once per battle. Note: Lasts for the entirety of the battle. The 10% damage is added onto the user's total damage at the end of each round, while their max HP/PL/KI is lowered by 10% until the end of the battle. Costs 1 AP
Weaken - 5 (Free Tyrant Move): ( -10% HP, + 15 Damage, Lasts entire battle) Description: A curse that lowers the targeted enemy's defense by 20%. May be used once per battle. Note: Lasts until removed by a healer or an item. If the enemy has less than 20% defense, it will simply deplete what they do have. Costs 2 AP
Shattered Hopes - 10(Free Tyrant Move) (Dispels all buffs on enemy) Description: Dispels all buffs cast on the targeted enemy. May be used once per turn. Note: Works on Bosses. Costs 1 AP
Artificial Moonlight (Master Zorn's Move) (Tran Oorazu) TP to learn: 11 The Saiyan uses Ki to create an artificial moon in the sky that gives off enough Blutz Waves needed to transform into his/her Oozaru form. Costs all AP for that round and will begin the next round in Oozaru form.

The Interceptor Class Battle Crusier is a standardized warship of the Exosolar Coalition Solar Nations, the Exsolar Titans Corps and has been adopted as the replacement of the older Saiyan battle Cruisers of the Great Interstellar War and Saiyan Civil War. These were a joint venture project to create an advanced versatile mass produced warship for all Exosolar Members to use though some nations still use their own designs wholly of only use them partially compared to the Saiyan Solar Empire's complete adoption of it.
