The Ebb and Flow of battle!


Now, this is a topic that is obviously important to hit in a system so based on combat. No worries, there is plenty to work with. We have a lot of opportunities for players to test the system especially when it comes to things such as Site Events and similar scenarios.

Every battle, of course, starts with an introduction post, if a player has a battle stance technique they declare which one they're using in this post. Please keep track of your Health, Ki, Power Level and AP at the bottom of each post! As well, please label any and all attacks that you use and what tier they are as well as how much AP they cost.

The player that has the most AP goes first (if equal, the player with the most PL goes first) unless in a surprise attack or other extraneous circumstances such as a Boss in a World event. Note that when you're attacked, it is your job to determine how much AP you want to use to defend the first round of attacks. It typically costs only 1 AP to defend against an attack (or two basic attacks). Dodging takes the use of Support Techniques, so do make sure to collect a few in your arsenal.

Also, for the purpose of making going first not broken the player who goes first has exactly 1/4 of his AP (rounded down) unavailable during his first attack post. We assume this will be the amount of AP usually used in defense and this helps deal with the ridiculous strength of going first with a large amount of AP.
