This thread is for TT01 owners, if u have a problem.. post it in here rather then opening a new thread each time, for those who don't own TT01 but wanna help.. your welcomed to. I'll start off. i was doing some tuning on my car today, when my car was on my car stand.. At full throttle i turn the wheel fully to the left/right the whole suspension arm will wobble . Can you guys try this and see if it has the same problem too? |

Let me guess... your fronts don't have universals right? What happens is when you lift the car, the suspension arms are lowered, causing the dogbones to slide into the driven cups, and at an angle. When you turn the steering full lock, it will add another twist angle into the equation which causes the wheels to wobble. Its nothing serious as long as te suspension travel doesn't go too far causing the dog bones to dislodge itself. Limiting the travel will help or better still get UJs. |

Yes that is true. Because you're using the dogbones in your front wheels. And when you fully turn the steering, the dogbones and the axles are not aligned properly and causing the dogbones to grind on the axles. Thus causing the front wheels to wobbles. There are 2 ways to solve this problem: 1) Get a pair of universal joint for the front. But the u-joints are quite expensive. 2) Adjust your controller to have less dual-rate. When the steering don't turn that much, the dogbones won't grind on the axles. But you'll loose some steering. Hope that this helps. |

As i can remember, your TT01 is the standard kit right? If that's the case, the only way for you to change the ride height is to use shorter springs and add spacers accordingly. |
