"There are no name plates on the belt, as you can see. There's simply a piece of paper held on with tape. Title holders will have to erase the previous holder's name and write their own in. Or they can use a different piece of paper. This is due to the transient nature of the Eternal Warfare title. The holder will get a bonus, of course.
