Wento
A prosperous city which contains both Technology and Magic in spades. In order of most to least, the population consists of Humans, Beastkin, Merfolk, Elves, Dwarves, and even the occasional Draconis. The center of the town is always busy with merchants and trading. The south side is home to a beautiful beach which stretches far into the distance, where many locals love to spend their time. the west side has a huge magic academy, and the east has plenty of technology and is a good place to find ammo, and weapons. Located to the north is Midnight Clouds, which is one of the largest guilds in the land. The outskirts of the city, however, seem to have a few slums, where the unfortunate have landed... many thieves and bandits have come from these places, making the city not the safest place in the world at night.

Located not too far northwest of Wento City, Reimus is a village of poor human farmers. It is a village that over the years has depleted it's surrounding magic due to over-cultivation of crops. The land has been ravaged by magic users as of late, and it's fate hangs in question.

Azalt, Land of Innovation
Located at the very southwestern-most point of the central area of the map, Azalt is a medium sized city-state whose main population is humans and dwarves. Azalt is, and has always been, a state dedicated to making great strides in science, medicine and technology. At its heart lies Azalt University and the Tower of Discovery, where an elected council oversees the city-state. In recent years, Azalt has witnessed a surge of monster attacks, necessitating the formation of the Border Guard. A good chunk of its population are scholars, engineers and the like, giving the few who aren't in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics very little competition for jobs. In Azalt, knowledge is valued even more than money!

Snow Elf Capital
Located far, far north, the mysterious snow elf capital lies. It stands alone in the snow fields, a large wall built from bricks of the special ice found around the hills protecting it from invaders and monsters alike. The ice that is found in the hills all around the city has been altered because of the worlds magic, unlike normal ice that can easily be melted and shattered this ice is nearly as sturdy as steel while also being able to survive being thrown into a fire-pit without melting. Not much else is known about it due to it being in an extremely cold and remote location.

The Dwarven Captial, H'gallthurmag
Located on the northern cliffs of the ocean, the Dwarven Capital has a population of about 600,000, 90% of which are dwarves. the other 10% are all merchants from other cities, varying in race. H'gallthurmag is a newer city, only a few hundred years old, and still gaining size. Unlike most other races ,the Dwarven people are partially nomadic, making a city as they mine, and when the mines are all empty, they leave the city where it stands and migrate to a new location. Some stay behind and make homes among the now empty mines and the fields above, but most of the younger dwarvenfolk move away from home and make new cities, digging for the metals and gems that earn them their food and drink daily. H'gallthurmag stands at the foot of the Gracia Range, a large cospe of mountains and hillocks located north of the Ocean, and is actually built under the foothills. To the south of H'gallthurmag are it's ports, which are built into the cliffsides near the sea, and tower over the docks themselves. This area has drawn many more settlers from human cities, finding that they could trade produce with the Dwarvenfolk.

Astoria
Located in the mountain range northwest of Koda village, Astoria was once a refined land hinted to possess a highly advanced culture and society, recognized for its nobility. Notable are its high-ranking holy knights boasting the strength and skill of twenty men, royalty, and skilled craftsmen. Now, all that remains is the stone castle in the mountains, ruined and dilapidated. Both the fire-warding heraldic symbol and the color blue are associated with knights of Astoria. Legend has it that, at some point in the past, a dark beast assaulted Astora, from which the the holy ring was lost to the ages.

Located a few miles south of the Snow Elf Capital, Um'Thall is a 'city' about a mile in circumference with less than 500 living there, all of which are snow fairies. The rest of the inhabitants and the city itself have been lost to time, once the former inhabitants set off to attempt to conquer the world. The Snow Fairies saw no need for mortal complications of war and secluded themselves away from the other races.

Sirius
Located far north of the Winding Valley, Sirius is a city of mostly beastkin with humans and any wishing to witness the celestial events. This small town was set up here by wandering Beastkin who needed a home. It remained a little no name town until a few scholars noticed something up in the sky, this location was perfect for star gazing. Not just that, but there seemed to be a meteor shower, or aurora borealis up in the night sky on a regular basis. This led to both tourists and scholars coming on a regular basis, and the town quickly grew into a city. In order to keep the sky clear at night, any technology which produces steam is off limits from sundown to sunrise.

Clawtip Peak
The tallest mountain in the world. The Draconis city is below this mountain, but that is not to say there aren't places to visit above the mountain as well. A lot of rarer ores and minerals form on the mountain, beneath the snow, making it a long sought-after area for a mine. This however, has never sat well with the draconis living under the mountain, so most of the mining done here is done illegally. Draconis have taken to patrolling the entirety of the mountain as a result.

The Hidden Gardens
Since the oceans in the area are so prone to violent storms, the only feasible way of accessing this rainforest is from the small land bridge branching off the mainland. As such, this rainforest is almost completely untouched by civilization. A lot of wildlife and peaceful monsters make their home here. (fairies, dryads, and the like.)
Recently, a new race was discovered here; The Speira. The location of their homeland within this massive jungle is still largely unknown, however...

The Winding Valley
Located between the two mountains of the region, Winding Valley is a remote location, and because of that, the monster population is higher than normal. The normal wildlife of this area is heavily preyed upon by the monsters here, making it pretty sparse here. The main threat here is that clans of gnolls roam the area. Some of them grow large enough that they think it is a wise idea to invade the Draconis city, tunneling their way into the mountain to the west with primitive tools. None of their invasions ever get past the first line of defense, of course. Still, any unwary Draconis leaving the city in this direction should be careful, as the gnoll clans know that strength lies in numbers.

Otori
Located in the southeast, Otori is a roughly-average size country which is home to approximately 120,000 humans, 90,000 beastkin and 78,000 elves, and an unknown number of speira. Separated from the rest of civilization for much of its history, Otori was trapped in a brutal civil war for centuries. Even now, the 13 reigning clans don't always get along with each other. Due to its relative isolation, Otori has developed a completely unique culture from the rest of the world, with its own language, style of architecture, and religion. A tribe of speira also call Otori home, though their existence is a secret to all but a few.

The Dark Ocean
There is a strange section of the ocean here between the southern country of Stal Matah and the Ranoh Peninsula, where mysterious disappearances occur more often than anywhere else. Rumor has it that somewhere bordering this stretch of ocean, or somewhere on one of the smaller islands, some strange hooded figures can be spotted leering out at passer-bys. This is home to the Sky Tower, which is a tower that can be seen from nearly anywhere in the world.

Stal Matah
Though this used to be what the entire southern landmass was referred to as, the name now only applies to a single country these days... if you can even call it that. Savage tribes of humans and beastkin alike with above normal strength roam the lands. Beasts of greater degree hunt down anything they can. The average size of a beast ranges from ten meters high to fifteen; some of the world's largest and most fearsome beasts call this place home. This is a primal land that abstains magic, and civilizations, in turn for survival of the fittest. Several centuries of this state has led this place to be feared by even the most stalwart of adventurers. The magic levels are relatively untapped here, so it is rather unknown how power magic is in this land.

The Ranoh Peninsula
Bordering the northeastern side of the Dark Ocean, the Ranoh Peninsula lacks the horrifying and twisted amounts of dark magic in the air that the Dark Ocean has. The Ranoh Peninsula instead has an overabundance of mana, but it is in great balance. Rare magical creatures flourish here, and as such, there may be groups whose job is to send stranded or endangered creatures here to recuperate. There are, however, also poachers who come here, hoping for some rare materials to bring home. There is no law against this, but a group has set up "conservation camps" along the northern shores of the peninsula, and every few weeks they send out parties to investigate and make sure the animals are all right. Also, there might be unicorns here.

Steelhaven
Located Northeast of the Ranoh Peninsula, Steelhaven is a mid-sized town larger than someplace like Koda Village, but smaller than a full-on city like Sirius. As soon as artificially-intelligent beings came into existence, so too did the question of what rights they had, and the need to protect these rights. And so, roughly half a century ago, several states agreed to fund the establishment a safe haven for those who'd had their rights violated, and created an Automaton King to lead it. Thus, Steelhaven came to be; A safe haven for automatons and other artificial beings who were abused, neglected, or generally wanted to do their own thing without serving a master. People of the organic races must pass specific requirements in order to gain citizenship, but they may visit for as long as they like. There are exceptions to this rule, however. The very few demons who retain their sanity, for example, are considered kindred spirits and welcomed with open arms. The town is presided over by Automaton King Jeralt and his elected court, who have so far governed justly.

Midnight Lagoon
Just barely separated from the ocean, the southern side of this rather large lake is known to house some pretty dangerous creatures. However, the southern side of the lake has significantly more mana in the atmosphere than the north side, leaving a strange divide between the north and south sides of the lake, as well as making it home to a wide variety of wildlife. There isn't much your average adventurer couldn't handle, however. The city-state of Floris resides to the north, where the magic, and monster activity is much lower.

Floris, The Trading Capital
Located north of Midnight Lagoon, Floris is considered to be the most prosperous city in all of the western world. It's ideal location of water and land trade routes makes it ideal for traders to pass through. The state is led by the Marquess Lineth and his family. The succession is done through the family. However the Marquess has only a daughter in this age, with no rightful heir, it looks like a new family could rise to power. The size of the royal guards eliminates the need for any local militia. Commoners are just as prevalent as the merchants, setting the living standards pretty high for the industrial revolutionized town. Steam engines fill factories on the outside of towns, but this does not run out smaller business who focus on quality over quantity. The guild Rough Noses resides in Floris, as well as smaller, job specific guilds.

Seafonte
Located at the south-eastern edge of the Midnight Lagoon, bordering the ocean, Seafonte is a fairly large city of around 740,000 Merfolk. There are usually at least 1,700 tourists of various races here. One might be surprised to learn that the largest and most prominent merfolk city, often considered their capital, originally belonged to humans. Over a thousand years ago, it was a bustling and thriving community, until a nearby country sicced an experimental weapon on it, completely wiping out its populace and sinking much of it into the Midnight Lagoon and the ocean. Around a hundred years later, its ruins were taken up by traveling merfolk, and have remained that way ever since. Its new inhabitants have merely connected the three separated parts by underground tunnels, opting to leave its stone buildings in their ruined state. Until recently, it was presided over by a royal family, but nine years ago, its king and queen died under mysterious circumstances, and their two children vanished, leaving no heirs to the throne. It is currently undergoing a reform.

Reverse Mountain
A mountain where certain rules of nature seem to work in reverse. The first main thing of note is that the base is covered in ice and snow while it gets warmer as you climb up. The rivers and waterfalls all seem to flow upwards as well. What this all means is that certain special plants can grow on this mountain, plants which require both warmth and thin air. At the summit, rather than a peak, is a plateau with a massive lake said to be full of dangerous monsters.

Oasis
The Desert Elf Capital. It is found in the heart of The Howling Desert, where thanks to near constant wind storms a natural barrier has been formed around the city from sand dunes being blasted and pressured into solid sandstone. Being the only location within the Howling desert that winds do not ravage it's no surprise that nature has flourished, with many palm trees and smaller shrubs dotted throughout the large city.

Khunbuldor
West of the Lightning Citadel and south of the Desert Elf Capital, lies Khunbuldor, a dwarven city of about 800,000 people. The city as a whole isn't very religious. It is run by a council of elders that make of the government. There are lots of festivals and parties and everyone inside the mountain is treated like family. With this also comes the protection of the family. Dwarves do not really like other races, and tend to shun them. Khunbuldor was started by a small family of dwarves that slowly expanded to take over the entire mountain they settled in. Over time they started to trade with other dwarves for more advances in technology, and soon, through trading and inventions of their own, the dwarves of Khunbuldor became the most technologically advanced city in Seiteki. While they do trade with other dwarven tech cities, there is very little trade to others.
