Upper City This is a huge metropolis city scape, thousands of meters high. The rich and wealthy live in the Upper city and they are only accessible via flying in some way. But it is heavily policed and not just anyone can reach them, you need a password and ID to enter the Upper city. The Rulers of Exhul are located here. Fiery Castle	No Posts in Forum

Middle City Middle City is where most of the trading is done. Also only accessible via Air transports or flying as its hundreds of meters above the ground. Crews come here to trade and restock on supplies. Many people call the Middle City home and the city itself looks rather clean and welcoming.	No Posts in Forum

Lower City The lower city is a dark and dismal place. Only the poor and people participate in criminal activity dwell here. High black market trade and the perfect place to find a hit man or assassin. The lower city offers transportation up to middle city also but at a cost.
