Some item adjustments have come down the pipeline. Because of this some races starting items have shifted. So far, I am tracking that Saibaman and Shikirian need starting item adjustments. Shikirian starting item is changing from "Junkyard Ginyu Pod" to "Space Pod". Saibaman starting items are changed from 2 64X Enriched Serum to 2 (3 X Enriched Serum). enriched Serum X64 and Enriched Serum X128 have been removed.
