Does Stampede Rush need a fix? As it stands, +3 or higher is the base dex cap. Given the change to dex from +5 sides to +3 results I think Rush still has the old dex in mind.

Ah, I asked Arch about this when I put it together. We talked about it going to +2 instead. I just copied the move from the Akai list. We'll have to comb through the moves and find other instances of dex mods needing to be tweaked, to reflect the change in dex.
